What we collect

When you send a campaign brief we receive what you type: artist or label name, release details, platforms, service, budget band, links and a WhatsApp number. We use it to reply to you and plan the campaign.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure enquiries. Nothing is set until you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser.

Where it is stored

Briefs are emailed to the Immortal Vibes team and stored in our content system. We keep them for as long as we work together, or up to two years after the last contact.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message +91 79734 99191 on WhatsApp or write to us through the contact page.

Third parties

Email delivery (Resend), content hosting (Sanity), site hosting (Vercel), WhatsApp (Meta). Each processes data on our instructions.
